Dana Cuff is a professor, author, and practitioner in architecture. Her work focuses on affordable housing, modernism, suburban studies, the politics of place, and the spatial implications of emerging computer technologies. Cuffs research on postwar urbanism was published in a book titled The Provisional City (MIT 2000), and she is currently completing a text about architecture and neighborhood politics in the postsuburban metropolis. Dr. Cuff is widely published, the recipient of numerous fellowships, and lectures internationally. She is the principal of Community Design Associates, a firm consulting on community design and planning.
